Compared to our last sale: Feeder calves and yearlings sold steady on the light weights and $1.00- $2.00 lower on the heavy cattle. Packer cows sold steady to $1.00 higher.
Stocker-feeder steers: Medium and large frame No. 1: 150-300 lbs110.00-132.50; 300-400 lbs., 105.00 -125.00; 400-500 lbs.,90.00-110.00; 500-600 lbs., 82.00-95.00; 600-700 lbs., 75.00-82.00. The bull calves and the number 1-1/2 & number 2 quality calves are discounted from $3.00 to $7.00 per hundred.
Stocker-feeder heifers: Medium and large frame No. 1: 150-300 lbs., 100.00-115.00; 300-400 lbs., 93.00-110.00; 400-500 lbs., 82.00-95.00; 500-600 lbs., 76.00-82.00; The number 1-1/2 & number 2 quality heifer calves are discounted from $3.00 to $7.00 per hundred.
Packer cows: Good lean utility and commercial, 38.00-42.00; Cutters, 35.00-39.00; Canners, 28.00-35.00; Low yielding fat cows, 32.00-36.00.
Packer bulls: Yield grade 1 & 2, good heavy bulls; 45.00-50.00; light weights and medium quality bulls 42.00-45.00; bull yearlings 62.00-68.00.
Dry stock cows: 45.00 to 55.00
